International Food Standard (Version 5 Higher Level)

The IFS is a quality standard of the food industry, which concentrates in particular on high product safety and clear traceability of the manufactured products. As a result, the SchapfenMühle is equipped to cater for requirements in product quality and safety which are set to increase further in the future and it is also well positioned in the market. From version 5.0 the IFS also includes all points from DIN ISO 9001:2000.
