Organic products SchapfenMühle is certified to produce organic products according to EU-ordinance 2092/91. We handle the demanding obligations of this ordinance with contract farming and quality monitoring by the BCS. This will ensure the high quality of our organic cereal products.

In December 2006 SchapfenMühle, Heimatsmühle and Frießinger Mühle founded the company BioKorn for the sale of their ranges of organic products. Through the professional cooperation of the three mills we are able to offer a considerable range of organic milling products to our customers.
